The Program Manager Propulsion (PMP) manages and acts as primary point of contact for the Customer and the Propulsion Core Teams (System Engineer and Product Assurance Engineer) and is responsible for the
Product Leadership (OnTime/OnQuality/OnCost) for Propulsion Systems or Sub-Systems.
This Program Management process consists of a considerable variety of tasks amongst which, planning of resources, production and/or tools, calculation of qualitative and quantitative proposals, managing the project administration and evaluating the production and/or program performance on the basis of factual analysis. Strong focus on managing the program budgets within target. Results are presented on a monthly basis as part of a Program Status Review (PSR).
The PMP is primarily responsible within the client for the execution of commercial, financial, technical, operational and quality policies related to one or more products or programs within the Propulsion portfolio of our client.
The PMP is responsible of the good execution of the Propulsion System or Sub-Systems projects (Time, Quality and Cost) and organizes in relationship with the Technical and Business Director the release of all the associated proposals for Bradford Engineering.
The assigned main tasks are but not limited to:
? Manage the Propulsion Systems or Sub-Systems Projects in order to support the Company’s OnTime/OnQuality/OnCost philosophy.
? Manage the project budget and report financial status on a monthly basis in close cooperation with the F&A manager and site director.
? Warrant of the good execution of all Propulsion Systems or Sub-Systems proposals and projects of Bradford Engineering in line with the contractual agreements in terms of Compliance, Schedule, Risks, Quality and Cost (Budget).
? Manage the profitability and the associated reserves (Risk and Management Reserves) of all his/her assigned projects, in the objectives given by the Site Director.
? Achieve a competent and effective organization by selecting, training, appraising, developing and motivating direct reports.
? Directly supervises Bradford Engineering’s procedures specifically related to the Propulsion Systems or Sub-Systems.
? Manage on a monthly basis, in close cooperation with the Projects Manager, the Project Status Review meeting related to Propulsion Systems or Sub-Systems Projects.
