Last Friday we organized the ProjectKwadraat summer barbecue with the idea of bringing all employees together in a casual setting. Partly thanks to the hospitality and quality of Kameryck, this edition was a success.
Before the barbecue, the brains were severely cracked in the Beat the Box game. The group was divided into three teams that subsequently had to solve a series of locks, assignments and riddles. A ‘pandemic’ had broken out, which meant that an infectious virus was spreading all over the world. The standard reaction of colleagues from the pharmaceutical industry was of course that the GMP rules were apparently not applied correctly. In any case, the teams had to get started to find the counter virus within the 60 minute time limit.
Fortunately, all teams had solved all puzzles in time. This allowed us to start the barbecue with a relieved mind. Our brains also run on fuel. A great time to evaluate the game, discuss holiday plans and give updates about the projects that are (and will be) running.
All in all a nice boost towards the weekend: ‘saved the world’, had a good meal and enjoyed great weather. Off to the second half of the year!
