Duties

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the engineering, installation, commissioning, and qualification of complex manufacturing equipment within a highly regulated production environment. Your goal is to ensure that equipment is delivered, installed, and qualified to enable safe, reliable, and compliant operations.

The equipment scope includes formulation and processing systems, advanced powder-handling solutions, containment technologies, air handling systems, and associated auxiliary equipment. While much of the design and procurement phase has been completed, the role requires resolving final technical challenges, supporting automation integration, and leading the remaining installation, commissioning, and qualification activities.

Working within a multidisciplinary matrix organization, you will collaborate closely with engineers from various disciplines, including automation, process, mechanical, HVAC, civil, and commissioning & qualification.

You will also interact with operational stakeholders and project support functions such as project management, planning, cost control, and scheduling.

A key aspect of the role is working with external suppliers and contractors to ensure technical solutions are delivered in line with project requirements, quality standards, and safety expectations. You will contribute to the successful delivery of projects by embedding safety and quality principles throughout the project lifecycle.
