ProjectKwadraat: committed to people and results
A candidate is more than the contents of his CV. We look beyond and are specifically interested in the person behind the skills and experience. How does one think or act? Do they understand themselves? What drives them? What are their ambitions and areas for improvement?
At the end of the first interview we conduct a behavioural analysis. From our ‘kitchen table’ we discuss the findings with candidates and examine the extent to which they identify themselves with the outcomes of the analysis. ProjectKwadraat always pursues maximum alignment between client and candidate. To achieve this, we also carry out a survey for the job profile at the client site.
The perfect match, how?
We have learnt from experience how to fit best the hard and soft skills of a candidate with the needs of the client. Nevertheless, sometimes it may occur, that after some period of secondment the match appears to be insufficient, or the candidate is not getting used to the company culture at the client. To exclude this risk, we use PPA analysis* to measure the preferred work behaviour of the candidate and compare this with the work behaviour of the client. By aligning these two perspectives, a connection emerges: the optimal match.
* We are certified by Thomas International for assessing PPA analyses.
The technical sector is facing shortage of skilled labour. Nonetheless we are able to cope with this situation by recruiting around 30 percent of our engineers from abroad. The selection process is identical for these professionals, yet we go even one step further. We are looking forward to assisting candidates who are pursuing long-term perspectives in the Netherlands. We advise from begin-to-end throughout the relocation process (regulatory affairs, housing, etc.) in such a manner, that the professional can fully focus on challenges his work offers (and is not being kept busy by worries or other hassle).
